Title: icewm - Get ready to go darker

Ok I made up a snazzy subject as I tend to get excited and you know me too well if you guess I am distracted by eye candy.

Members can create a dir called
$HOME/.icewm/themes
and go to the net to download themes that might work with icewm.

However, get ready for icewm-Arc-Dark-theme.tcz and it looks even better than me. True  ;D

As Juanito has a bucket load of work from others assume it will take a few weeks to land  and it is any arch.
built on TC32 and tested on TC64

You can also darken fltk windows, although I haven't come up with a suitable color palette myself.
