Title: Forum registrations are broken, along with the wiki.

According to Guest91 on Libera, forum registrations are failing with:
"put images in vertical orientation" step with forum.hacking_attempt_in_verification_image_mod

The wiki is also broken.

I cannot login to the wiki although as a new user I'm not even sure if I should be able to

Hi everyone,

I'm "Guest91".

I was able to register today, I don't know if someone fixed something (in which case thanks !) or it it was a transient error.

Anyway, glad to be a member !
