If attachment is image, you can upload it into imgur.com
else if it's a plain text (txt format...), anotepad.com is a one choice. These cloud websites you can use to post instead attachment which require download to see

Yes,

You are saying that it's more secure and convenient to share ideas and "information about topics" by
putting the shared information onto a cloud website where all people can see it

(then all don't need to download files)
