I installed Deb7:wheezy:xfce:486 from a CDrom, to laptopA in 2018.
It's my best installation [especially re. clear FontSize] BUT has
no WiFi, nor do I find wifi on the CDrom.
An additional reason to learn/UNDERSTAND how to install wifi relates
to a 2nd UEFIproblematic laptopB which I want to be able to TCore-wifi
for: RTL872BS.
Is it possible/realistic to use DCore files:info to WiFi-enable
the laptopA which USBstikBoots via GRUB and not "TinyCore"?
Has TinyCore got files:documentation to install WiFi to Core[32]
without GUI ? My TC64:Ver7.2 runs wifi OK from GUI; but I want to
install a non-GUI driven wifi, which "demonstrates the CHAIN
structure of setting up a telecoms link".
Eg. 1. power-up is confirmed by LED-on
2. install stage A is confirmed by ....
....
N. install and test stage N by ...
== TIA.

To use the wifi extension without a gui:
$ tce-load -i wifi
$ sudo wifi.sh
Note that you must load the firmware for your wifi hardware before loading the wifi extension.
