Title: two md5 mismatches detected during vlc-dev.tcz download

Hi all,

While in the 11.x/x86_64 repository, the vlc-dev.tcz download had trouble with these two libraries dev files.  Not sure which side is old, the tcz or the md5.txt.  I updated the md5's on my side to complete the downloads but here they are for your review:

Hi Juanito
While the MD5 values in the  .md5.txt  files don't match the extensions, I found a couple of  .md5.tcz  files in the repo
that contain the correct values:

libebml-dev.tcz.md5.tcz
libmatroska-dev.tcz.md5.tcz
There are also  md5.tcz  files for:

libebml.tcz.md5.tcz
libmatroska.tcz.md5.tcz
