I can not found- where i can download last betas for test? In downloads i see only ver 9 releases

Thanks. And next question- can I obtain info-which extensions are valid for it, or it can be defined only by testing?
Really, the things I interests is all networking and TCP/IP libraries, graphical libraries and JRE
