Title: when a new tc version is relize plz specify wich files are changed

plz specify wich files are changed between versions that are present in the default .filetool.lst.
For example I see that from rc3 to rc4 .jwmrc-tray is changed, plz say this when u post a new tc version.

I think this was not in a formal section because it only had a comment for a testing app (which was mentioned anyways, but in the regular changes)
