Title: pycairo and pygobject tc-9.x

Note that the names of the following tc-9.x x86 extensions have been renamed to match those of tc-9.x x86_64:

pycairo -> py2cairo (i.e. pycairo compiled against python-2.x)
pycairo-dev -> py2cairo-dev
pygobject -> pygobject2 (i.e. pygobject-2.x)
pygobject-dev -> pygobject2-dev
pygobject3 -> pygobject (i.e. the latest version, pygobject-3.x)
pygobject3-dev -> pygobject-dev
