/usr/local/sbin/sensors-detect is a perl script.

Please add "perl5.tcz" to lm-sensors.tcz.dep

It could be done, but note that as per the info file:

howto:
$ sensors
can optionally use the perl5 and bash extensions
$ sudo sensors-detect
..and if you have a backup, sensors-detect is only required once?
