I will look at this tonight.  What are the wrong deps in wily?

Sorry I was wrong, connman works under wily with this ppa. Everytime I start the pc I have to enable, disable and enable again  the wifi on  "e" connman module.

I've found another xenial and yakkety connman 's ppa:

in /opt/debextra:
http://ppa.launchpad.net/unit193/test/ubuntu xenial main
or
http://ppa.launchpad.net/unit193/test/ubuntu yakkety main

to make it work I had to modify

/etc/dbus-1/system.d/connman.conf
the file to be uploaded on the import dir on the server is attached.

connman for xenial was removed from
https://launchpad.net/~unit193/+archive/ubuntu/test
but I've found another ppa with connman for xenial:
https://launchpad.net/~minos-archive/+archive/ubuntu/main?field.series_filter=xenial

unit193 reuploaded connman for xenial on his ppa, so now we have 2 choises, both are version 1.33.

unit193's connman has got the connmanctl inside the package, which is missing in the minos ppa
