Title: sce-pkgcheck errors...
Post by: nitram on May 16, 2016, 09:52:16 PM
Working on wiki, learning about sce-pkgcheck. Test run errors, thinks DEBINX is still stored in /tmp:
Code: [Select]
tc@box:~$ sce-pkgcheck iceweasel
Fetching updated DEBINX...

Distro: debian

Syncing Debian Index: debian_jessie_main_i386_Packages
#################### 100.0% 0.0 kBps DONE

verifying download...checksum matches OK
used 11411456 local, fetched 0

Syncing Debian Security Index: debian_jessie_security_i386_Packages
#################### 100.0% 0.0 kBps DONE

verifying download...checksum matches OK
used 468992 local, fetched 0

Using the repo http://security.debian.org jessie main
/usr/local/bin/sce-pkgcheck: line 77: can't open /tmp/debinx: no such file
/usr/local/bin/sce-pkgcheck: line 80: can't open /tmp/debinx_security: no such file
iceweasel      is only found in our server's dependency list, it may be a meta package.

Retested on shiny dCore-wily with flwm - pretty slick. Problem fixed, thanks. Will try to submit updated --help file later.

Uploaded bugfix for a similar error in the use of the -l list file option in regards to the prebuilt and meta packages.
