Well, she makes it sounds like all you need is the basic 11M system.  No mention of the repository and that you have to download the apps you want (and can ignore the ones you don't want!).

Hmm. I think "out-of-the box" implies that one can add more stuff if needed.
Anyway, it's really just a brief mention.
