Do we want the -z option to not only ignore sceconfig but also remove sce.lst and sce.dep files unless -l or -d is also specified on the command line?
This would give an easy way to ignore and delete existing unwanted sce.lst and sce.dep files without having to manually go to the scedir and delete them. The goal is for no need for manual editing or deleting in that directory.
