Title: Abiword does not have the safe as/export option

My abiword does not have the export (or safe as:) rtf or any other foreign format option. When i try to safe as *.rtf i'm prompted with the question:

The chosen filename extension does not suit the chosen filetype. Would you like to use it anyway?
