Title: elementary.tcz is missing from tc6.x repo

Maybe is intentional, but elementary.tcz is missing from tc6.x repo

elementary.tcz is a require dep for several extensions in the tc-6.x repo  eg:

ev.tcz
ephoto.tcz
etrophy.tcz
enlightenment.tcz

maybe more..?

I don't believe it was intentional, but the extension does have a dep on libiconv, which we're trying to get away from as the iconv functionality has been provided by glibc for some time now.

Sorry, I was the maintainer of the enlightenment packages (as weel as other extensions) in tinycore 4.x, but I don't have the time anymore to do this voluntary job. All the build scripts of my extensions are anyway on the web: https://code.google.com/p/tc-ext-tools/source/browse/packages/e (https://code.google.com/p/tc-ext-tools/source/browse/packages/e)
but the tc-ext tools itself need to be updated to work in tinycore 6.x.

PS I moved from core to dcore
