Please any one tell me how to encrypt home folder or full drive like in ubuntu......
-
You don't.
You can encrypt the backup fille which, by default, includes /home.
Once the filesystems are loaded, they are readable whether encrypted or not.

But i am using persistence home and opt folder and i don't backup by using norestore boot code

No. The /home/$user is created even before the pretce processing is done.
You might try using the pretce facility to load cryptsetup and a pretce script to luks open the device and mount it over /home.
You would then not use the home= boot option.
