Title: Encrypted Home folder

Any extension or way to encrypt home folder or full drive like in ubuntu and i am using persistence tiny core 4.7.7 i do not want to encrypt backup because i am not backing up and protect boot use for encryption of backup  ........

You don't.
You can encrypt the backup fille which, by default, includes /home.
Once the filesystems are loaded, they are readable whether encrypted or not.

But  i am using persistence home and opt folder and i don't backup by using norestore boot code

No.  The /home/$user is created even before the pretce processing is done.
You might try using the pretce facility to load cryptsetup and a pretce script to luks open the device and mount it over /home.
You would then not use the home= boot option.
