Title: Could not find the pyserial under the tiny core 5.1
Post by: chang5811 on December 30, 2013, 08:30:38 AM
I installed 5.1  and tried to tc-load the pyserial ( I needed for my python application), but  I could not find the pyserial under my mirror site.  I have tried few mirror on the list, all return none.   How can i get the pyserial-2.x.tcz  from another source?

You can download the pyserial extension from here:

http://repo.tinycorelinux.net/4.x/x86/tcz/pyserial-2.7.tcz

Please test and report back if it works under tc-5.x and, if so, it can be copied to the 5.x repo.

Thanks. load it into ../tce/optional and add it the onboot.lst, tested, it worked.
Who and how to add to 5.x repo?
