change the options for the PHP server.

A modified httpd.conf file is also included in
/usr/local/conf. This file can be editted to
change the options for the PHP/HTTP server. The
original httpd.conf file that is supplied with
the apache2 extension is found at
/usr/local/conf/httpd.conf.bak

This worked with my tests on TC2.0rc2.1.
