Hi,
I have a bootable TinyCore CD from which I can boot TinyCore, but how do I install it on my hard drive?
Thanks,
Binky

Hi tinypoodle,
I read "wiki.tinycorelinux.net/wiki:start#installing" but it says "People connected to the internet may install GParted in Tinycore, and use it for partitioning." I'm connected to the internet and I used "Apps: Regular Applications (tcz)" to download GParted. But how do I now execute it? It seems to have downloaded without error. I basically want to wipe out my hard drive and install TinyCore on it. (By the way, should I format the disk first and then run Gparted, or does it matter?)

Then just install and run tc-install.

Thank you. :)

sudo gparted

Formating disks is one of the operation gparted could be used for ;)

Hi Binky
.... But how do I now execute it?
Or click on the desktop, then Applications->gparted.
