Hi everyone, I have been using Linux for quite some time now and I have tried a lot of distros a lot. Some good, some not really.
However, among all distros, Tiny Core has really caught my attention.
I have a special project:
First, I need to install Tiny Core in an XFS files system. I tried doing this but unfortunately, I get an error about "cannot mount USB device". The disk I am installing it in is a fixed HDD with a SATA Interface.
Second, can anyone help me in installing Oracle's VirtualBox into Tiny Core? I know there are a lot of emulators out there but this the one I'm really familiar with. I plan to virtualize Windows XP under a Linux operating system.
Thanks for all your responses.

Core base provides file system support for vfat and ext*.
For other file systems either a remaster is required or they can be mounted after loading corresponding extension.
Also:
- Please do not double post.
- For virtualization please peruse the corresponding subforum.

- post was in wrong section, moved
- please don't do that with the text. It's incredibly disrespectful. Edited to remove blinking, moving and so on.

Thank you for the replies.
or they can be mounted after loading corresponding extension.
Which particular extension shall I mount?
I'll try to search for more myself as well. Thank you very much.

filesystems*.tcz in order to mount and possibly xfs*.tcz for xfs specific utilities.

So I should look for and mount this extension?
filesystems*.tcz
I am about to reinstall Tiny Core as soon as I get home. Where can I find this extension?
Can anyone provide a walkthrough? Thanks a lot.

The full name of the extension depends on your specific tinycore version. Just search for filesystems in the Apps browser.
