tce-locale usage:
- for all extensions
    tce-locale {OPTION}
- for single extension
    tce-locale {OPTION extension[.tcz]}

find and install lacking locale packs
view and uninstall unneeded locale packs

    -f, --find        find lacking locale packs
    -i, --install     install lacking locale packs
    -u, --uninstall   uninstall unneeded locale packs
    -v, --view        view installed locale packs
    -h, --help        display this help
