Title: TinyCoreLinux without FPU?

Hello all,

I have an embedded PC (2 GB Flash Memory disk, 64 MB RAM and 150 MHz processor) that I am using for a project.

TinyCoreLinux sounded to be exactly what I was looking for -- an OS that would execute 100% in RAM and eliminate flash memory writes to reboots -- while operating within my 64 MB RAM limitation.

Unfortunately, my embedded PC does not have an FPU and so it seems I cannot use TinyCoreLinux without modifications.

It was suggested on IRC that I look into using an FPU emulator with TCL?  Has anyone here tried this?  I really think TCL is designed well for embedded use...only many of the cheap embedded PCs (which of course I am using) do not support FPU.

Your comments and advice are appreciated.
