Title: How to connect to Internet with a Motorola MB526 android phone?

Hello,
a colleague of mine has such a phone.
When we connected it today to his lenovo netbook (with tcl4_1..), a scsi cd-rom appear under usb 22b8:41de
The question now is: how to switch this piece to an usb modem?
We are still searching; any advise is welcome.

Search the fora.
Install ModemManager and mobile-broadband-provider-info.
