how can i download microcore source?
-
how to compile and install

There is a downloads link on the site.
You don't need to compile to install.
If you have to ask how, you probably shouldn't.

Hi hellin_zhang
Based on your questions, I'm inclined to concur with gerald_clark, however, here is a link:
https://brezular.wordpress.com/2011/11/13/part1-recompiling-linux-microcore-4-0-2-for-equal-cost-routes/
The article contains enough information to compile a kernel. Start by creating a Microcore CD and
booting it. Then start at the step labeled:
2. Download and untar Linux kernel 3.0.3 patched for Microcore Linux
in the article. If you are not planning on making changes to the kernel, skip the make menuconfig
step. Either way, skip the Navigate to: step and proceed straight to Build the kernel.
Good luck.

Hi hellin_zhang
You'll also want the compiletc.tcz extension.
