Hi,
I'm new here, so you'll have to tell me if I'm in wrong section.
I knew about Tc sometime ago, I've come back to it.
I am using the core, with the normal tce base extensions.
Trying to get my wifi working.
Atheros Wifi.
I have a .sh which loads the tczs locally.
I get the wifi program (wifi.sh), and select a network (free).
Selects OK.
Trouble is, I try Lynx (from the tcz repositary),
and wget, using normal commands,
and I get client not support https urls.
Also the apps downloader doesn't connect.
Help!
+even tried adding firmwares. nothing.
lynx: this client does not contain support for https urls.

TC4, Btw.
Thanks.

Hi loggedin
Multiple threads and posts on the same topic is not likely to result in the desired response, (just saying,,)
I am puzzled about this
I have a .sh which loads the tczs locally.
when loading tcz's is the function of the onboot list

The lynx build and busybox wget do not support https. Removed the other thread.

Hi guys,
thanks.
I usually don't double-post (for attention), the thing is I am new to the Tinycore forum,
and I wasn't sure if users/experts usually stick to one part of the forum,
or if the new thread appears in a 'new threads' bit. Also the last post in this (Tiny Core Extensions)
was a few months back..
Anyway, got your attention! ;)
Coreplayer, don't be puzzled by "a .sh that loads extensions locally".
In pure Tc /Linux learner way, one's got to tinker!!
Curaga, thanks.I tried loading libssl* or ssl something tcz.
Curl was happier. edit. Maybe was for MC.tcz
Anyway, tried Opera. Got the local wifi access page.
Works :).
Lynx also works now.
Posting from Tc ;).
