is there any specific reason to have version number in extension name? Usually it is not used only exceptionally.

araneum-0.8.2.tcz contains man pages even if info file says "Man pages and source has been removed from this package". Proper place for them is araneum-doc.tcz

araneum-0.8.2.tcz contains araneum-0.8.2.tcz.list unnecesarily.
