Smartcard Extension
« on: June 11, 2010, 11:37:36 AM »
I'd like to see smartcard support added to the extensions.

From my experience with Ubuntu, you need the following packages:

  • libusb – Project URL:”http://libusb.sourceforge.net/”
  • pcsc-lite – Project URL:”http://pcsclite.alioth.debian.org/”
  • pcsc-tools – Project URL:”http://ludovic.rousseau.free.fr/softwares/pcsc-tools/“
  • ccid – Project URL:”http://pcsclite.alioth.debian.org/ccid.html“
  • CoolKey – Project URL:”http://directory.fedora.redhat.com/wiki/CoolKey“

So, a year later we have libusb, pcsclite and ccid. Now we just need pcsc-tools and coolkey.

I will look into what it will take to compile those packages for tinycore.
