imlib.tczl / imlib-devs.tcz missing dep files

imlib.tczl and imlib-devs.tcz info file list dependencies, but there are no .dep file in the repo.

Thanks, that is one that was made before dep files I believe.  Am at work and time is tight, hope I didn't make a typo.  I will rename the -devs.tczl extension and regenerate the web page later.

imlib-devs renamed to .tcz.

Thanks for the help in tidying the repo.
