Unmount sce media

(1/2) > >>

amuctued:
With dcore and sce's loaded from the same usb drive, is there a way to safe unmount the usb after a bootup?

gam:
Hi amucted, linux is smart enough, the shutdown command brings the system down in a secure way. If your dcore is in hard drive, you can unmount usb flash safely, here:

Juanito:
If copy2fs works in dCore you will be able to unmount the usb stick.

jls:
Hi
copy2fs doesn't work under dCore

Jason W:
If the SCEs are in /tmp/builtin, then the SCEs themselves are loaded to RAM and are no longer located on the usb.  In this case, the usb can be unmounted.
