building custom kernel under TCL needs also compiler flags?

Hi ;-)

if i build a custom kernel directly under TCL (64bit), do i need also to set the compiler flags as for building an extension?

sorry my dumbness .. i am just an user with a little experience ;-)

No, for a kernel build you should unset all flags.
