I have posted an update for a10Core SD card image and support programs.
http://code.google.com/p/tinycore-a10/downloads/list

This brings the base to 4.7.1.
By using the import tool one can easily get X working.
Together with Xtc, Xprogs, and flwm, we are quickly approaching a workable system.

This is an experimental approach, using import, as no Core specific repository is required.

I might add that the posted a10 image also provides a new boot code, xonly.
By using the xonly boot code, the frambuffer bterm will not be started.
This saves in memory and cpu. Note however, be absolutely certain
that you have X together with flwm starting successfully from onboot.lst.

If you boot with xonly then exittc will not allow Exit to prompt.
The default is to boot iinto frambuffer bterm and exittc allows
Exit to prompt.

Use updbootcodes program to add xonly or any other supported boot code.
Note that updbootcodes, uses the editor via environment variable EDITOR,
so be sure to have it set appropriately.

A minor update to the Allwinner port, a10core-20130329.img,gz, is now available.
See: http://tinycorelinux.net/4.x/armv7/

Change log:
* Added new uEnv.txt
* Updated /opt/.xfiletool.lst
* Updated boot.scr to support uEnv.txt
* Removed now unused updbootcodes and mkimage
* Corrected link to kernel.tclocal
* Updated tce-setup for .gz loading to support startup scripts.

Note: The base a10 image remains based on Mele A1000 HDMI which likely will change in the next release.
Continue to use http://tinycorelinux.net/4.x/armv7/hardware/README-bootloader.txt as a guide for other boards.

Note: To upgrade an existing system, replace uCore, boot.scr and copy uEnv.txt.

Note: uEnv.txt is a plain text configuration file. No need to use updbootcodes, now just use your favorite editor to add / change boot parameters.

A minor update to the Allwinner port, a10core-20130424.img.gz, is now available.
See: http://tinycorelinux.net/4.x/armv7/

Change log:

* Updated a10Core image file. Now defaults to cubieboard 1GB version.
* Updated import suite now renamed to deb2sce, in the repository, supporting a new extension type sce.
* New loadsce to load new extension type sce with support of sceboot.lst.
* New sceboot.lst to list sces to load at boot time, after any gz but before any tcz

The deb2sce suite is in active development. The tcz format is still fully supported.

A minor update to the Allwinner port, a10core-20130503.img.gz, is now available.
See: http://tinycorelinux.net/4.x/armv7/

This image has a few tweaks to support an updated deb2sce.tcz
deb2sce.tcz now supports meta-packages which makes for installing X desktop very simple.

The READMEs have been updated to reflect the changes.
To update from prior version just replace uCore on your boot device.
