hi roberts,

nice cut, everything works fine for me.
i appreciate your help screens for tce-load and scm-load very much.

i wasn't aware that scm-load is comparable easy to use on the cli like tce-load:
but is there a way to include scm-load in the OnDemand menue of f.e. fluxbox
or other automatic created tinycore-menues offered by the windows-managers?

would you mind to simplify the ondemand-mode of scms by including them in menues some time?
the ondemand-way with the help scmapps needs sone more clicks...
i don't mind, but it could be an idea to improve it for future cuts ;-)

thank you for your work and your contribution to the community.

Updated rebuildfstab to support raid members

Am very interested in this, but honestly i was under the impression that raid members were already supported ?

Thanks for the updates, am also delighted to see these interesting additions

Previously all the members of the raid devices were added to /mnt and /etc/fstab.
Now, only the assembled RAID devices appear.  This prevents accidental mounting of a RAID member, and the RAID breakage that would result.
If one really wants to mount a RAID member for diagnostic reasons, that can still be done my creating a mount point, and issuing the mount command.

Thank you Gerald for the explanation,  am looking forward to testing the outcome of this addition soon.   I have a particular interest in accessing each drive (raid member), though have no requirement to mount any.  I use raid controllers with native JBOD support, which few controllers have these days.   Looks like the update will prevent accidental writes to a member of an array.
thx

Will consider for v4.7. Let me state that having both scm and tcz in ondemand will mean changes to tcz ondemand. Specifically, icons would only be displayed when extensions are loaded. All ondemand items both scm and tcz would be available in the ondemand menu. From the ondemand menu, item will be loaded and if specified by a freedesktop item will also be launched. Then the regular menu item and icon, if any, will be updated and displayed. Subsequent launching of the item will be via the regular menu or displayed icon. Subsequent ondemand menu selection for an scm item will unmount it and remove the regular menu item and associated icon if any. Subsequent ondemand menu selection for a tcz will produce no action.

... and you plan ahead in the right direction.

thank you for your open ear for new suggestions.

Completed. Look for it starting with 4.7rc1. It will need much testing during the rc cycle.
