icecat - update request to version 12.0

icecat got upgraded to 12.0.

this upgrade would be highly appreciated.

hi jason,

icecat 12.0 works fine,
but i want to inform you all that the configuration changed from ~/.gnuzilla to ~/.mozilla!

i think that's more standarized and also fine.
