FLWM help?

Hi,

im trying to change the color of the title and bar in Classic FLWM  I've read http://wiki.tinycorelinux.net/wiki:flwm and even went into terminal and I get this.

Another window manager is running.  You must exit it before running flwm.

So first thing is first.
How do I?..

* Stop the window manager FLWM?
* Edit color of the title bar/ text? (color, font type, etc?)
* find a MAN page for or a how to for FLWM? I'd like to learn as much as I can about FLWM so any info would be greatly appreciated.

Check your  .profile  file for titlebar color.
