In the tinycore.iso I find onboot and xbase in the cde folder.
They are nearly the same, but onboot.lst also includes fltk-1.10.tcz whereas xbase doesn't. Seems counter-intuitive to me.

To ask in a different way: Why is flwm_topside included, but fltk-1.10.tcz not?

Simply because the flwm has a dep file indicating fltk whereas not all fltk base extensions have had an update to the dep file. Therefore as a safety precaution. Certainly not a bug.

Ok, I forgot we had dependencies.
There was no "Seemingly Inconsistent" folder, but I guess I should have posted to Q&A, sorry.
