Change log:

* Updated busybox 1.19 with latest patches and fix for chpassswd segfault.
* Updated tce-load to handle multiple extensions copyfs or mount from command line.
* Updated ondemand to handle command line usage without X. Freedesktop, e.g. Exec=cliorx sudo cfdisk
   also support for using base icons.
